Olive oil production started as a family business by my grandfather, who
initially produced oil only for the needs of our family.
At the age of 18, I started to work intensively with olives, thus gaining a
deeper understanding of its special characteristics. I learned everything
about growing this sacred tree.

Olive oil production started as a family business by my grandfather, who initially

I was constantly reading everything about its
development and benefits. I attended seminars on the cultivation of olive trees
and how to grow organic olives, I participated in studies of the Ministry of
Agricultural Development and I visited any relevant exhibition around the world.
