At the age of 18, I started to work intensively with olives, thus gaining a deeper understanding of its special characteristics. I learned everything about growing this sacred tree.

Olive oil production started as a family business by my grandfather, who initially produced oil only for the needs of our family.
Belief in the beneficial properties of the olive tree, love and passion were the main reasons for the creation of our family business, which absorbed my father and a few years later, me.
Consistency and thorough knowledge in this whole process of cultivation, harvesting and production, have made our business one of the most robust in its field.
At the age of 18, I started to work intensively with olives, thus gaining a deeper understanding of its special characteristics. I learned everything about growing this sacred tree.
I was constantly reading everything about its development and benefits. I attended seminars on the cultivation of olive trees and how to grow organic olives, I participated in studies of the Ministry of Agricultural Development and I visited any relevant exhibition around the world.
